▪️12 weeks of nutrition guidance. ▪️An initial assessment is performed by completing a questionnaire when you sign up. ▪️A personalized menu will be sent every other Friday. Total of 6 bi-weekly menus. ▪️Client must send weekly pictures and fasted weight each Saturday morning. 💢YOUR START DAY SHOULD BE ON A SUNDAY💢 A questionnaire needs to be completed by you and I will need 5 days to analyze your current eating habits, determine your new daily calorie intake and to have your first menu ready on Friday. If you do not submit your questionnaire on Sunday, I will not be able to meet this deadline. 💢PLEASE SELECT A SUNDAY AS YOUR START DATE BELOW💢
