What Is It & How It Works
This day is designed to give you a mental break, recharge your energy, and enjoy a little flexibility, while still staying aligned with your goals.
Here’s how it works:

No alcohol.

You’ll have 4 meals instead of the usual 5.

Every meal (yes, even snacks) must include a source or protein.

Skip fatty, fried, or oily foods.

Treat yourself. You may enjoy a small sweet - or share it with someone.

Complete your daily steps.

Drink all your water.

⚖️ You may notice a slight weight increase afterward, but that’s completely normal. The purpose of Free Meal Sunday is to refresh your mindset so you can push even harder on Monday. Remember, progress isn’t a straight line, it has ups and downs, but the overall trend is what matters. And you will get where you want to be. 💪
