About

Hey, I'm Zaida - your resident Fitness Nutrition Specialist who's been in the trenches for over a decade. I'm not your typical 'eat kale and smile' nutritionist. I'm the former CrossFit gym owner and bikini competitor who learned the hard way that abs are made in the kitchen, but life happens in the real world.

After years of extreme competition prep, owning a gym, and now helping women transform their bodies and their relationship with food, I've got stories to tell - the good, the messy, and the breakthrough moments that happen when you stop following cookie-cutter plans and start eating for YOUR life. From backstage at competitions to real-life client wins, welcome to my unfiltered diary.

But here's what I've learned after years of doing this for myself and my clients: meal prep isn't punishment. It's actually freedom. When your meals...

Grilled Tuna Over Mashed Cauliflower
Fuel Your Gains Without the Guilt You're putting in the work at the gym. Four, five, sometimes six days a week—lifting heavy, pushing through plateaus, showing up consistently. But when you look in the mirror, something's missing. The muscle definition isn't there. The fat isn't dropping like it should. And deep down, you know the problem: your nutrition isn't matching your effort. Here's the truth: you don't need extreme restriction or boring chicken and broccoli for the hundredth time. You...
