GROCERY SHOPPING LIST

 

BREAKFAST:

Protein Powder - 1 scoop

Peanut Butter - 2 tbsp

Whole wheat bread toast - 1 or 2 slices

SNACK:

Egg white "McMuffin"

 

Orowheat Sandwich Thins  - 1 roll

Liquid Egg Whites - 3/4 cup

Low fat mozzarella cheese - 1 slice

Hummus (instead of mayo) - 2 tbsp

Strawberries, fresh - 1/2 cup

 

*Prepare egg whites in an egg microwave cooker, spread hummus on bread, place cooked

egg whites and cheese between bread slices.

LUNCH:

"Breaded" chicken with veggies on the side:

 

Chicken Breast - 5 oz

Almond Flour  - 1/4 cup

Asparragus Spears - 5 spears

Zucchini (Sliced) - 1 cup

 

*Season chicken breast as you like, dip it in egg whites and cover with almond flour.

Spray a baking sheet and place breaded chicken on it. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until well cooked.

SNACK:

 

Nonfat Cottage Cheese - 1 cup

Shaved Almonds - 1/2 cup

Stevia Hazelnut  - (optional)

DINNER:

 

Avocado - 1/2

Romaine Lettuce Shredded - 2 cups

Cherry Tomatos - 5

Light Balsamic Vinaigrette - 2 tbsp

Lean Ground Turkey -  4 oz
