GROCERY SHOPPING LIST

 

BREAKFAST:

 

Egg Whites  - 4

Raw Almonds  - 1 oz

Oatmeal, cooked in water (measure dry)  - 1/4 cup

SNACK:

Blueberry parfait and peanut butter:

 

Greek Yogurt, Plain 0% Fat  - 1 cup

Blueberries  - 1/2 cup

Peanut Butter  - 2 tbsp

Green Tea  - 1 tea bag

 

*May use splenda/stevia to sweeten yogurt

*Blend greek yogurt and peanut butter. Add blueberries on top of 

blended yogurt. Have a relaxing cup of green tea after.

LUNCH:

 

Chicken, walnut, spinach salad:

 

Chicken Breast  - 4 oz

Spinach - Raw  - 2 cups

Avocado - Haas  - 1/2 

Walnuts  - 1/4 cup

Light Balsamic Vinaigrette  -2 tbsp

__________________________

SNACK:

 

Protein Powder - 1 scoop

Raw Almonds - 1 oz

Pretzels - 1 oz

DINNER:

 

Beef - Tri Tip Steak - 4 oz

Steamed - Carrots - 1/2 cup

Cauliflower Steamed - 1 cup

Broccoli Steamed - 1 cup

 

*Season tri-tip as you like and cook in crockpot for 4 hours in High
