GROCERY SHOPPING LIST

 

BREAKFAST:

Rice cakes with nut butter and protein shake in water:

 

Peanut Butter - 2 tbsp

Quaker - Original Rice Cake - 2

Protein powder - 1 scoop

SNACK:

Yogurt with blueberries and shaved almonds on top:

 

Fage - Greek Yogurt Plain 0% - 1 cup

Shaved Almonds - 1/4 cup

Blueberries - 1/4 cup

LUNCH:

 

Tilapia  - baked - 4 oz

Hass - Avocado - 1/2

Steamed vegetables (no potato) - 1  cup

*Season tilapia as you'd like and bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes

SNACK:

Smoothie:

 

Protein powder - 1 scoop

Peanut Butter - 4 tbsp

Almond Milk Unsweetened - 1 cup

*Blend all ingredients

DINNER:

Tuna salad with crackers:

 

Tuna in Water - 1 can

Light mayo 1 - tbsp

Triscuit Crackers - Reduced Fat - 7 crackers
