BREAKFAST:

Apple Parfait and Protein shake:

 

Greek Yogurt - Fat Free - Plain - 1 cup

Apples - 1 apple

Protein Powder Whey - 1 scoop

Almond milk - unsweetened - 2 cups

SNACK:

Tuna salad lettuce wraps:

 

Tuna in Water - 1 can

Light mayo - 1 tbsp

Avocado - 1/4 avocado

Celery, raw, chopped - 1/2 cup

Jalapeno, canned (optional) - 1 tbsp

Romain Lettuce Wraps - 2-3

LUNCH:

Chicken quesadillas:

 

Chicken breast (seasoned to taste) - 4 oz

Baby Spinach - 1 cup

Mozarella cheese, sliced - 1 slice

Corn tortillas-Gluten free - 2 tortillas

SNACK:

 

Protein Powder Whey - 1/2 scoop

Strawberries - 1 cup

DINNER:

 

Avocado - 1/2 avocado

Steamables -  Vegetables - 2 cups

Carne asada/flank steak (seasoned to taste) - 4 oz
