GROCERY SHOPPING LIST

 

BREAKFAST:

Egg whites - 4 egg whites

Avocado - 1/2 avocado

Jones - Canadian Bacon - 3 slices

Shredded Mozarella Cheese - 1/4 cup

SNACK:

Paleo Nachos:

 

Baked Sweet Potato, slices - 5 oz

97% Lean - Ground Beef - 4 oz

Avocado - 1/2 avocado

Shredded Mozarella Cheese - 1/4 cup

LUNCH:

Slow Cooker Pot Roast:

 

Tri Tip - 4 oz

Carrots - 1 cup

Cilantro, chopped - 1/4 cup

Onion, chopped - 1/4 cup

Potato - 1/2 cup

*Throw all ingredients in the crock-pot, cook in high for 4 hours

SNACK:

Piña Colada Shake and Gluten Free Rice Cakes:

 

Unsweetened Coconut Milk - 1 cup

Tropicana - Orange Pineapple Juice - 1/2 cup

Mccormick - Imitation Rum Extract - 1 tsp

Protein Powder-Vanilla - 1 scoop

Quaker - Gluten Free Rice Cake - 2 cakes

*Blend all ingreadients, enjoy your shake with rice cakes on the side

DINNER:

Chicken Chipotle Lettuce Wraps:

 

Chicken Breast (seasoned to taste) - 4 oz

Olive oil - 2 tbsp

La Costena - Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauceas desired

Lime juice - 2 tbsp

Cilantro - 1/4 cup

Romaine lettuce - 4 leaves

*Blend peppers, lime and cilantro. Cook chicken in sauce in a crock pot (high for 4 hours)
