Chicken breast, shredded - 4 oz

Avocado - 1/2 avocado

Celery, chopped - 1/2 cup

Romaine Lettuce -  3 leaves

LUNCH:

Avocado - 1/2 avocado

Cacique, Queso Fresco Cheese - 1 oz

Mexican salsa - 4 tbsp

Lean Ground Turkey (93/7) - 5 oz

Charras - Baked Corn Tostadas - 3 tostadas

SNACK:

Grapes - 1 cup

Chiobani - 0% Plain Greek Yogurt - 1 cup

Cashews - 1 oz

DINNER:

Salad - Romain and Green Leaf - 2 cups

Cucumber, chopped - 1 cup

Tomato - 1/2 tomato

Palmito, canned - 2 oz

Flank steak - 5 oz
