BREAKFAST:

Strawberries -  Sliced  - 1/2 cup

Low Fat 2% Cottage Cheese  - 1/2 cup

Raw Almonds  - 1 oz

Hummus - 2 tbsp

Light Mozzarella String Cheese - 1 stick

Baby carrots - 3/4 cup

LUNCH:

Sweet potato - 6 oz

Beef Stew Meat - 5 oz

Guacamole - 2 tbsp

SNACK:

Almond Milk (Unsweetened) - 2 cups

Peanut Butter - 2 tbsp

Protein Powder - 1 scoop

DINNER:

Chicken salad with crackers:

Chicken breast, shredded - 4 oz

Light mayo  - 2 tbsp

Celery, raw, chopped - 1/2 cup

Grapes, sliced - 1/2 cup

Pecans - Chopped - 2 tbsp

Triscuit crackers - Reduced Fat - 10 crackers
