Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese - Kraft - 1 oz

Cantaloupe, diced - 1 cup

SNACK:

Protein powder - 1 scoop

Silk - Unsweetened Cashew Milk - 2 cups

Natural Peanut Butter - 1 tbsp

LUNCH:

Pork Chop - 2 chops

Oil - Olive - 1 tbsp

Baked Butternut Squash (seasoned to taste) - 1 cup

SNACK:

Smoked Turkey Breast Deli Meat, chopped - 3 slices

Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half - 5 tomatoes

Avocado - diced - 1/2 avocado

Apple - 1/2 apple

DINNER:

Chicken taquitos:

Chicken breast - 4 oz

Herdez Salsa - Medium Mexican - 2 tbsp

White Corn Tortilla - 2 tortillas
