GROCERY SHOPPING LIST

 

 

BREAKFAST:

Chilaquiles and scrambled egg whites:

 

White corn tortillas - 2 tortillas

Hunt's - Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp

Kraft Fat Free - Mozarella Cheese shredded - 1/4 cup

Egg whites - 2 egg whites

Avocado - 1/2 avocado

*Dice tortillas en "fry" in cooking spray until golden. Then add tomato sauce and let it cook for 2 min.

Add cheese on top until it melts. Eat scrambled egg whites and avocado on the side.

SNACK:

Natural peanut butter - 1 tbsp

Quaker - Original Rice Cake - 2 cakes

Protein powder in water - 1 scoop

LUNCH:

Turkey meatloaf and green salad on the side:

 

Extra Lean Ground Turkey - 4 oz

Ragu - Spaguetti Sauce - 1/4 cup

Romaine lettuce - 2 cups

Cucumber - 1/2 cucumber

Lime juice  - 1/2 lime

*Mix ground turkey and spaguetti sauce, shape into meatloaf and bake for 

30-35 minutes.

SNACK:

Blueberry Cottage Cheese Muffins:

 

Egg whites - 1 egg white

Almond Flour - 1/2 cup

Cottage Cheese - Non Fat - 1/4 cup

Blueberries - 1/2 cup

Baking powder - 1 tsp

*Add all ingredients and mix with a fork, then gently stir in blueberries.

Coat muffin tins with cooking spray. Bake at  425F for 15-18 minutes

DINNER:

Mongolian beef with steamed broccoli on the side:

 

Beef-Flank steak - 4 oz

Soy sauce - 1 tbsp

Ground ginger - 1/2 tsp

Minced garlic - dash

Green onions, chopped - 1/3 cup

Steamed broccoli - 1 cup

*Cook flank steak in a pan with cooking spray.

In a separate pan, cook soy sauce, ground ginger, minced garlic and green onions to make

a sauce. Add cooked sliced flank steak and let it cook for 2-3 more minutes.
