GROCERY SHOPPING LIST

 

BREAKFAST:

Zucchini and Sausage Frittata:

 

Egg whites - 4 egg whites

Zucchini - chopped - 1/4 cup

Onions, chopped - 1 tbsp

Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded) - 1/4 cup

Sausage, Italian, turkey - 1 oz

Oil - Olive - 1 tbsp

*Cook olive oil, zucchini, onion, salt in a skillet. Stir in egg whites and cheese

SNACK:

Protein Muffins:

 

Egg whites - 2 egg whites

Baking soda - 1/2 tsp

Protein Powder - 1 scoop

Almond Flour - 1/2 cup

*Mix all ingredients in a bowl.  Scoop batter into paper lined muffin pan.

Bake at 350F for 15 minutes

LUNCH:

Burrito Bowl:

Brown rice, cooked - 1 cup

Lime juice -  1 lime

Cilantro - 1 tbsp

Avocado -  1/2 avocado

Chicken - Breast, grilled - 4 oz

Pico De Gallo - 2 tbsp

Greek Non Fat Plain Yogurt (use as sour cream-optional)1 tbsp

*Layer all ingredients in a bowl. Top with greek yogurt (No sour cream)

SNACK:

Protein Milkshake:

 

Unsweetened almond milk - 2 cups

Arctic Zero - Cookies and Cream - 1/2 cup

Protein Powder - 1 scoop

DINNER:

Fish Tacos:

 

Guerrero - White Corn Tortillas - 2 tortillas

Tilapia - baked - 4 oz

Avocado  - 1/2 avocado
