GROCERY SHOPPING LIST

 

BREAKFAST:

Egg Whites - 4 egg whites

Raw Almonds - 1 oz

Oatmeal - 1/4 cup

SNACK:

Protein Powder - 1 scoop

Quacker - Low Sodium Rice Cake - 2 cakes

Peanut butter - 2 tbsp

LUNCH:

Chicken breast, grilled - 4 oz

Yam, baked - 1/2 cup

Lettuce or Spinach - 2 cups

Kraft - Light Balsamic Vinaigrette-2 tbsp

___________________________

SNACK:

Almond/coconut Milk Unsweetened - 1 cup

Protein Powder - 1 scoop

Baby food pouch  - 1 pouch

DINNER:

Baked Tuna balls:

 

Tuna in water, canned - 4 oz

Egg Whites - 1 egg whites

Breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp

Light mayo  - 1 tbsp

Parsley, dried - 1 tsp

Green Beans, steamed - 1 cup

*In a bowl, mix all ingredients (except green beans), shape into 2oz balls.

Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375F. Eat with a side of green beans.
