GROCERY SHOPPING LIST

 

BREAKFAST

Low Fat Cheese Omelette, and english muffin with coconut spread:

 

Egg Whites - 4 egg whites

Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded) - 1/2 cup

Thomas'- English Muffin - Whole Wheat - 1/2 muffin

Earth Balance Organic- Coconut Spread - 1 tbsp

SNACK

Apple slices with peanut butter, and beef jerky on the side:

 

Apple - 1 piece

Peanut Butter - 2 tbsp

Beef Jerky, Natural - 1 oz

LUNCH

Chicken tacos with avocado, cucumber as dessert:

 

Chicken breast, shredded - 3 oz

White corn tortillas - 2 tortillas

Avocado - 1/2 piece

Cucumber, chopped (may use Tajin) - 2 cups

SNACK

Egg & Sweet Potato salad: boil eggs and chop all ingredients, mix them.

 

Egg Whites - 3 egg whites

Avocado - 1/2 piece

Sweet potato, cut in cubes - 1/2 cup

DINNER

Blend all ingredients (you may use splenda for a sweeter taste):

 

Almond Milk Unsweetened - 2 cups

Frozen Mixed Berries - 1/2 cup

Cottage Cheese - Non Fat - 1/2 cup
