Avocado - 1/2 avocado

Flank Steak - 4 oz

Salad - Romain and Green Leaf - 2 cup

Cucumber, chopped - 1 cup

Tomato - 1/2 tomato

Palmito, canned - 2 oz

Olive oil - 1 tbsp

SNACK

Blend:

 

Unsweetened almond or coconut milk - 2 cups

Low Fat 2% Cottage Cheese - 1/2 cup

Splenda or Stevia - 1 packet

DINNER

Turkey tostadas:

 

Charras - Baked Corn Tostadas  - 2 tostadas

Mexican salsa - 2 tbsp

Lean Ground Turkey  93% - 4 oz

Avocado - 1/2 avocado

Cacique - Queso Fresco Cheese - 1 oz
