Grocery Shopping List

 

 

BREAKFAST    

Egg muffins with fruit on the side:

 

Egg whites - 3 egg whites

Whole egg - 1 egg

Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese - Kraft - 1 oz

Cantaloupe, diced - 1 cup

SNACK

Protein Powder - 1 scoop

Unsweetened Coconut Milk - 2 cups

LUNCH

Cook meat in slow cooker with envelope of seasoning:

 

Beef Stew Meat - 3 oz

Mccormick - Beef Stew Seasoning -  Mix to taste

Baked Butternut Squash, diced - 1 cup

____________________________________________________________________________

 

SNACK

Mix all in a bowl:

 

Avocado, diced in cubes - 1/2 avocado

Cherry tomatoes, cut in half - 5 tomatoes

Oscar Mayer - Smoked Turkey Breast Deli Meat, finely chopped - 3 slices

DINNER

Chicken salad with crackers, mix all ingredients:

 

Chicken Breast, shredded - 3 oz

Celery, raw, chopped - 1/2 cup

Light mayo - 1/2 tbsp

Chobani - Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt - 1/2 tbsp

Spice - Curry, Ground - 1/3 tsp

Triscuit Crackers - Reduced Fat - 7 crackers
