Baby Carrots - 8 Carrots

Light mayo - 1 Tbs

Tuna - Tuna in Water - 3 oz

Protein Powder - 1 Scoop

Almond Milk - Vanilla - Unsweetened - 6 oz

Grapes - 1/2 Cup

Raw Almonds - 1 1/2 oz

DINNER

Grilled Asparagus - 6 oz

Gravy - 1/4 Cups

Gold Potatoes - 1/2 Potato
