Grocery Shopping List

 

BREAKFAST

Breakfast Parfait and egg whites on the side:

Chobani - Greek Yogurt - Vanilla - 1 cup

Strawberries, halves - 1/2  cup

Vanilla Almond Granola - 1/2  cup

Hardboiled Eggs - 2 eggs

SNACK

Apples - 1 apple

Peanut Butter - 4 tbsp

Lenny & Larry's - Protein Cookie - 1 cookie

LUNCH

Turkey and salad

Chedder Cheese Slices - 1 slice

Romaine Lettuce Leaf - 2 leafs

Tomato - 1/2 Tomatoes

Red Onion Sliced - 1 slice

Smoked Turkey Breast Deli Meat - 4 slices

SNACK

Unsweetened Almond Milk - 6 oz

Protein Powder - 1 scoop

____________________________________________________________

DINNER

Mix ingredients to make ceviche.

Tomato, diced - 1/2 tomatoes

Limes - 1 lime

Cilantro  - 1 tbsp

Red Onion, diced - 1/4  Onion

Tilapia Steamed - 4 oz

Baked Corn Tostadas - 2 Tostadas

*Cut tilapia into small cubes. Pour lime juice and let it sit in the fridge for 30-40 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and voilá! your ceviche is ready. (If you do not like ceviche, you can cook your tilapia as with all ingredients listed)
