Light Mayo - 1 tbs

Avocado - 1/4 avocado

Lemon juice, raw - 2 tsp(s)

Egg Whites Scrambled - 2 1/2 egg whites

SNACK

Grapes - 1/2 cups

Quaker - Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bar - 1 bar

LUNCH

Spread hummus on wrap, then add other ingredients in the wrap

Medium Tomato, diced - 1/2 tomato

Grilled Chicken Breast - 2 oz

Whole Wheat Wrap - 1 wrap

Hummus - 4 tbsp

Avocado, sliced - 1/2 avocado

Romaine Lettuce Leaf - 3 leaves

SNACK

Protein Powder - 1 scoop

Unsweetened Almond Milk - 6 oz

DINNER

Baked Salmon - 2 1/2 ounces

Asparagus - 6 spears

Wild Rice - 1/2 cups (cooked)

Lemon juice, raw - 2 tsp(s)
