Chicken soup

Carrots, chopped - 1/2 cup

Chicken Broth - 1 cup

Celery, raw, chopped - 1/2 cup

Chicken - Breast - 3 ounces

Avocado - 1/2 avocado

SNACK

Quick Oats - 1/4 cup

Almond Milk Unsweetened - 1/2 cup

Protein Powder - 1/2 scoop

Jiff  Peanut Butter - 2 tbsp

DINNER

Lemon juice, raw - 2 tsp

Steamed Broccoli - 1 cup

Wild Rice - 1 cup

Tilapia (Fish) - Grilled Tilapia - 4 ounce

Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
