Quaker - Oatmeal, measure dry - 1/4 cup

Eggs - Egg Whites Scrambled - 4 egg whites

Protein Powder - 1 scoop

Almond Milk - Vanilla - Unsweetened - 6 oz

Raw Almonds - 1 oz

LUNCH

Pico De Gallo - 2 tbsp

Avocado - 1/2 avocado

Wheat tortilla - 1 tortilla

Tilapia  - 3.5 oz

SNACK

Chobani - Greek Yogurt - Plain - 1 cup

Almonds - 1 oz

DINNER

Lime juice - Raw - 1 lime yields

Avocado  - 1/4 avocado

Smoked Chicken Breast - 3 oz

Steamed Veggies - 2 cups
