Whey Protein Powder in water - 1 scoop

Quaker - Original Rice Cake - 2

Fage - Greek Yogurt Plain 0% - 6 oz

Shaved Almonds - 1/4 cup

Blueberries - 1/4 cup

LUNCH:

Tilapia  - baked - 4 oz

Hass - Avocado - 1/2

Broccoli and Cauliflower - 1  cup

SNACK:

Whey Protein Powder - 1 scoop

Peanut Butter - 2 tbsp

 Almond Milk Unsweetened - 1 cup

DINNER:

Tuna in Water - 1 can

Light mayo - 1 tbsp

Triscuit Crackers, Reduced Fat - 7 crackers
