GROCERY SHOPPING LIST:

 

BREAKFAST

Cheese omelette and strawberries on the side:

Egg Whites  - 3

Mozarella Cheese, Low fat - 1 oz

Strawberries, cut in halves - 1 cup

SNACK

Whole wheat bread, toast - 1 slice

Low Sodium Turkey (deli meat) - 3 slices

Light mayo  - 1 tbs

Avocado - 1/2

LUNCH

Salmon -  3 oz

Rice - Brown, cooked - 1/2 cup

Asparragus Spears - 5 spears

SNACK

Sweet potato salad, mix all ingredients:

Egg Whites  - 3

Baked Sweet Potato, in cubes - 1/2 cup

Canadian Bacon - 1 slice

_________________________________________________

DINNER

Whey Protein Powder in water - 1 scoop

Peanut Butter - 2 tbsp
