Strawberries, cut in halves - 3/4 cup

LUNCH:

Romaine - Lettuce leaves - 6 leaves

Avocado - 1/2 avocado

Cherry tomatoes - 5 tomatoes

Shredded Mozarella Cheese - 1 oz

93% Lean Ground Beef - 3 oz

SNACK:

Gala Apple - 1

Peanut Butter - 2 tbsp

Whey Protein Powder - 1 scoop

DINNER:

Beef - Tri Tip Steak - 4 oz

Mushrooms, white, in pieces or slices - 1 cup

Onions, sliced - 1/2 cup

Steamed cauliflower - 1 cup
