BREAKFAST

Whey Protein powder - 1 scoop

Quaker - Original Rice Cake - 2 cakes

Peanut Butter - 2 tbsp

SNACK

Greek Yogurt Plain 0% - 6 oz

Shaved Almonds - 1/4 cup

Blueberries - 1/4 cup

LUNCH

Tuna in water - 1 can

Light mayo  - 1 tbsp

Triscuit Crackers - Reduced Fat 8 crackers

SNACK:

Peanut Butter - 2 tbsp

Almond Milk Unsweetened - 1 cup

Whey Protein powder - 1 scoop

DINNER:

White fish - 4 oz

Hass - Avocado - 1/2 piece

Cauliflower rice - 1 cup

*cook grated rice as you would cook any rice (no oil)
