GROCERY SHOPPING LIST

 

BREAKFAST

Egg and vegetable muffins, mix all ingredients and bake in muffin tins:

Egg Whites - 4 egg whites

Mushrooms (pieces or slices) - 1/2 cup

Spinach - 1 cup

Minced Garlic - 1 tsp

Onions, chopped - 1 tbsp

Oil - Olive - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

SNACK

Peanut or almond butter - 2 tbsp

Apple - 1 medium

Whey Protein Powder - 1/2 scoop

LUNCH

Pulled pork, add all ingredients in Slow Cooker. Cook sweet potato separately:

Pork loin - 4 oz

Onions, chopped - 1/4 cup

Minced Garlic - 1/2 tsp

Paprika - 1 tsp

Vinegar, cider - 1 tbsp

Tomato Paste - 2 tbsp

Mustard, yellow - 1 tsp

Sauce, worcestershire - 1 tbsp

Beef Broth - 1/4 cup

Medium Sweet Potato - 1/2 sweet potato

Tip: you can stuff your sweet potatoes with the pulled pork

SNACK

Cashew nuts - 1 oz

Whey Protein Powder - 1/2 scoop

Blueberries - 1/2 cup

DINNER

Cod cooked in coconut oil, season to taste:

Fish, cod - 4 oz

Coconut oil - 1 tbsp

Cooked Quinoa - 1/2 cup

Lettuce w/lime - unlimited

Light salad dressing - 2 tbsp
