GROCERY SHOPPING LIST

 

BREAKFAST:

Egg whites - 2 egg whties

Sweet potato, cubes - 1/2 cup

Strawberries - 1 cup

SNACK:

Ezekiel - English Muffin - 1 muffin

Almond butter - 2 tbsp

Whey Protein Powder - 1 scoop

LUNCH:

Chicken salad lettuce wraps and sweet potato fries:

Chicken breast, shredded - 4 oz

Mustard - 1 tbsp

Avocado - 1/2 avocado

Romaine Lettuce - 2 leaves

Sweet potato "fries", baked - 6 oz

SNACK:

Unsweetened almond or coconut milk - 2 cups

Ground cinnamon - to taste

Almond butter - 1 tbsp

Whey Protein Powder  - 1 scoop

DINNER:

Bunless Turkey Burger:

Romaine lettuce - 2 leaves

Mozarella cheese, sliced - 1 slice

Avocado - 1/2 avocado

99% Lean Ground Turkey - 4 oz

Soy sauce, low sodium (to sauteé mushrooms) - 1 tbsp

Mushrooms - 1 cup
