BREAKFAST:

Oatmeal - 1/4 cup

Chia Seeds - 1 tbsp

Egg whites - 3 egg whites

*Optional: You can also blend all ingredients and make pancakes! just add cinnamon and baking powder

SNACK

Whey Protein Powder - 1 scoop

Chopped Walnuts - 2 tbsp

Costco - Puffed Rice Roll or plain rice cakes - 1

LUNCH

Chicken Salad with crackers

Chicken breast, shredded - 4 oz

Light Mayo - 2 tbsp

Reduced Fat Triscuit - 7 crackers

Cucumber - 1 large

__________________________________________________________________________________

DINNER

Carne Asada Salad

Carne Asada - 4 oz

Romaine lettuce - 2 cups

Pico de gallo - up to 6 tbsp

Avocado - 1/2 avocado

Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing- 2 tbsp

SNACK

Smoothie

Peanut Butter - 2 tbsp

Whey Protein Powder - 1 scoop

Almond Milk, Unsweetened - 1 cup

Berries (mixed) - 1/2 cup
