BREAKFAST:

Egg whites - 4 egg whites

Panela cheese - 1 oz

Melon, cantaloupe, diced - 1 cup

SNACK

Tropical Banana Protein Smoothie:

Frozen banana - 1

Almond butter- 2 tbsp

Protein Powder - 1 scoop

Unsweetened coconut milk - 1 cup

LUNCH

Meatballs:

Ground Beef - 4 oz

Spaghetti sauce - 1/2 cup

Mixed Vegetables (no potato)- 2 cups

__________________________________________________________________________________

SNACK

Low fat cottage cheese - 1/2 cup

Mixed berries - 1/2 cup

Mixed nuts - 1 oz

__________________________________________________________________________________

DINNER

Salmon - 4 oz

Green leaf salad (with any light dressing) - 3 cups

Shredded carrots - 3 oz

Avocado - 1/2 avocado
