Keto Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/3 cup almond flour

  • 2oz. cream cheese

  • ½ tsp baking powder, optional (but gives even more fluffier pancakes)

Instructions

  1. To start, first gather all of your ingredients in one place.

  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs until bubbles form. This will ensure that you have fluffy pancakes without baking powder. If you are in a rush, and do not have time to whisk, you can use some baking powder.

  3. Add in cream cheese and whisk.

  4. Then fold in almond flour and stir to combine.

  5. Use 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake and cook the pancakes for 1 minute per side.

  6. Serve these super easy and fluffy 3 ingredient keto almond flour pancakes warm.
