2oz. cream cheese
½ tsp baking powder, optional (but gives even more fluffier pancakes)
To start, first gather all of your ingredients in one place.
In a bowl, whisk eggs until bubbles form. This will ensure that you have fluffy pancakes without baking powder. If you are in a rush, and do not have time to whisk, you can use some baking powder.
Add in cream cheese and whisk.
Then fold in almond flour and stir to combine.
