My programs offer a structured, easy-to-follow workout plan that adapts to your fitness level (beginners and intermediates). 

 

Fitness isn’t just about workouts—nutrition matters too. That’s why I include a meal plan in every program.

You’ll get nutrition support through two options:

 •The 6-Week Strong & Confident Program is designed for women who already train at the gym and are ready to level up. If you’ve been consistent but aren’t seeing the muscle tone or fat loss you’re after, this program gives you the structure you need, with a progressive, easy-to-follow workout plan that’s built to match your experience and push your results forward.

 

•The zMealPlanner app - New to fitness? The zMealPlanner app gives you the gentle start and simple structure you need to build lasting habits. Perfect for beginners who are just starting to dip their toes into the world of fitness.

  • 1. What is the Strong & Confident Program?
    It’s a structured 6-week workout and lifestyle coaching program designed to help women lose body fat, build lean muscle, and finally start seeing results from their gym efforts. It combines progressive resistance training, simple nutrition guidance, and weekly accountability.
  • 2. Who is this program for?
    It’s for women who already go to the gym but feel stuck, frustrated, or like their body isn’t changing—despite putting in effort. Whether you're new to lifting or have some experience, this program will help you train smarter and see progress.
  • 3. What results can I expect in 6 weeks?
    Most clients experience visible fat loss, improved muscle tone, more energy, better gym confidence, and a stronger mindset around nutrition and training. This is just the start—we set the foundation for long-term, sustainable results. A minimum of 3 consecutive cycles is recommended for best results.
  • 4. How is the program structured?
    You’ll train 5 days a week with a body-part split: Monday: Legs Tuesday: Shoulders & Arms Wednesday: Glutes Thursday: Back Friday: Legs (again) Training includes progressive overload built into the plan.
  • 5. What equipment do I need?
    You’ll need access to a gym or a well-equipped home setup. The program uses machines, cables, barbells, and dumbbells—no fancy tools, just effective basics.
  • 6. Does the program include a meal plan?
    Yes, a weekly menu will be available every Friday with the proper nutrition balanced that your body needs.
  • 7. Do I get access to a coach?
    Yes. You’ll get weekly check-ins, access to a direct message, and support throughout the program to stay accountable, troubleshoot, and stay motivated.
  • 8. Will I have to send progress pictures or weight updates?
    Only if you're comfortable. We focus on multiple forms of progress: how you feel, how your clothes fit, and how you're performing in the gym—not just the scale.
  • 9. How do I access the workouts?
    You’ll receive access to the full program through a Private Instagram Account. Each exercise is clearly outlined, and videos are provided for guidance.
  • 10. Can I do this program from outside the U.S.?
    Yes! The program is fully online and accessible from anywhere.
