These weekly menus contain food portions to help with your weight loss goal. Forget about guessing what foods are appropriate for your journey. You have 2 menus available per week, you can alternate these menus however is more convenient, or follow only one of them throughout the week, if it is easier for you. 

zMealPlanner offers a weekly menu with semi-personalized food portions based on gender and activity level. 


This beginners weight loss plan will provide a weekly menu to be followed 6 days of the week and gives you 1 day off to re-set.

-PROGRESS TRACKER: You are able to save your photos and weight and compare your progress.


-ADHERENCE CHART: This tool will evaluate your efforts and commitment. Complete this chart on a daily basis to ensure your adherence to the plan. The app will provide a score at the bottom of the screen which enables you to get an idea of how consistent you are with your routine.


-CHEAT MEAL RECIPES: You can access healthy recipes for the 1 day off you have from your nutrition plan. 


-FITNESS CHALLENGES: Complete your nutrition with these easy to follow at-home beginners workouts. Join from the app, these are included in your monthly subscription. 

If there is a food you do not like or prefer not to eat, you can simply swipe right or left to select another option that will be similar in calories and macronutrients.
