6-WEEK NUTRITION CHALLENGE
Join my flexible 6-Week Challenge designed for individuals who want to exercise at their own pace and on own schedule.
Daily workouts will be posted every morning from Monday -Friday
Meal plan is included in this challenge! Each Friday, I'll provide a weekly menu, allowing the weekend to prepare the healthy meals that will help you stay on course!
You'll need:
- a gym membership, or
- some equipment at home: dumbbells/kettlebells, resistance bands, barbell/plates.
To get started:
1. Simply register online.
2. After that, request access to my Instagram account @nutri_challenge_by_z.

All workouts can be modified to your fitness level
Access to the account will be granted for the duration of each challenge
