6-WEEK NUTRITION CHALLENGE

There are 2 challenges to choose from:

 

  • Gym member challenge: ​​If your gym/studio is participating...this nutrition challenge is designed based on your gym's training. Every type of training is different, so is its meal plan. Please fill out this form       when you sign up to complete your registration. 

  • Instagram challenge: This challenge is for individuals who workout at home or at an open gym environment. You will need to have access to Instagram in order to view the posted daily at-home workouts and weekly menus. All workouts can be modified to your your fitness level. Equipment suggested: resistance bands, dumbbells or barbell. Some exercises can be performed without weights.
